Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her college education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The team finished third in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high about her position. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving onto working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
